The safety and security of all participants at diplomatique™ gatherings is of paramount importance. The location and details of the gathering are held confidential to protect the privacy of all participants. Organizers will carefully consider event security, including, if necessary, the need for armed security.
Some individuals have access to their own means of private air transport, while others must to adhere to a travel policy. Accordingly, each attendee is responsible for their own transportation to and from the roundtable. The diplomatique™ team has negotiated special rates for accommodation.
While diplomatique™ series events are for peers, the organizers will respect the conventions of protocol as established by the Protocol Red Book™ and will appropriately recognize any attendee who holds office or is a member of a ruling or royal household.
