The Diplomatique™ Series was born from the collective experience of its Advisory Board members, many of whom have dedicated their lives to public service or civic engagement while excelling in various fields such as business, media, the arts, military service, and education.
Advisory Board Chair Sam Brownback stands out as one of the few American statesmen who has held multiple significant roles, including Member of the U.S. House of Representatives, U.S. Senator, Governor of Kansas, and U.S. Ambassador. He joins the ranks of distinguished former Presidents such as Thomas Jefferson, John Quincy Adams, Martin Van Buren, James K. Polk, Andrew Johnson, and William Howard Taft, all of whom have similarly served in these prestigious capacities. Additionally, notable figures like Benjamin Franklin, William J. Fulbright, and Harrison H. Schmitt—the last man to walk on the moon—have also made significant contributions in comparable roles.
As a person of faith, Ambassador Brownback actively participates in the Catholic Church and has been involved with the Senate Prayer Group and as Chair of the National Prayer Breakfast. He, along with other board members, has played an active role in the international prayer breakfast movement, which originated during President Eisenhower's administration in Washington, D.C. Encouraged by Eisenhower, this initiative has been replicated in parliaments and capitals worldwide, including cities like Berlin, Brussels, Budapest, Kyiv, London, Vienna and in locations across Africa, the Balkans, Baltic and Nordic countries, and SE Asia.
Each distinguished individual connected with the Diplomatique™ Global Roundtable Initiative understands the profound benefits of coming together with peers to share knowledge and enrich one another's lives. This spirit of collaboration and learning is the foundation upon which Diplomatique™ was established. Just as the prayer breakfast movement has positively impacted communities around the world for over 70 years, we hope that the Diplomatique™ model will similarly inspire and bless a new generation of leaders in the years to come.

Colin Bloom was appointed Commander of the Order of the British Empire (CBE) by His Majesty King Charles, on the recommendation of Former Prime Minister Rt Hon Boris Johnson MP.
This honor was bestowed in recognition of Colin's political and public service, having most recently held the role of Expert Adviser on faith to the British Government.
Colin has served as an advisor and consellor to several British Prime Ministers, including Lord David Cameron, Boris Johnson, and Liz Truss.
As Faith Engagement Adviser Colin authored The Bloom Review into how best the UK government should engage with faith communities.
His review recognises the significant contribution of faith groups to community life across the UK in numerous ways, and the impact of faith on every aspect of society. It also identifies where government departments lack confidence in engaging with people of faith and faith-based providers, sometimes limiting the potential of this impact.
Colin made recommendations to the Government about how it can best celebrate and support the contribution of faith groups, break down barriers and promote acceptance between faiths, and promote shared values while tackling cultures and practices that are harmful.
In addition to the aforementioned roles, Colin has served as Executive Director of the Conservative Christian Fellowship and a Director of Christians in Politics.
